Frank is a licensed regulatory attorney. He worked at Canada's top financial regulatory law firm, specialized to their Digital Assets division. His role was to consult crypto asset exchanges on what assets they could and could not legally list. Some of the legal documents Frank worked on helped the first crypto ETFs get listed on Canadian stock exchanges. The deep research Frank did prior to the 2021 bull run drives the thesis Yieldschool operates on now heading into the 2025 bull run.
